BodyStorm Activity (today - week 5)
The bodystorming process highlighted extra things to consider for our concepts. On reflection of our concept (travel from airport kiosk with printer), we found the need to clarify travel time (e.g. did it include walking to the train or way it just travel time in the train?), and add in error/help screens for searches that didn't exactly match travel destinations. It also made us think about how the idea could be expanded further (e.g. could you pay at the kiosk).
